These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of revlaundry.com (the “Website”) and the services offered by Revolution Laundry (“Revolution Laundry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including self-service laundry, Drop-N-Go wash and fold, pickup and delivery, dry cleaning, rug cleaning, and commercial laundry (together, the “Services”). By using our Website, visiting our laundromat, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.

Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Website to transmit harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the Website’s operation, or submit false or misleading information. We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice.

Self-Service Laundromat

When using our self-service laundromat, you agree to:
– Follow posted instructions and rules and use machines only as intended.
– Check that items are safe to wash and dry, and follow garment care labels.
– Not wash or dry items containing flammable, hazardous, or toxic substances, such as gasoline, oil, solvents, paint, or chemicals.
– Not dye clothing or wash items heavily contaminated with pet waste, bodily fluids, or other biohazards in our machines.
– Remove your laundry promptly when cycles end.
– Supervise children at all times.
– Treat staff, other customers, and the facility with respect.

You are responsible for your own belongings while in the laundromat. Revolution Laundry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items, or for damage caused by improper machine use, overloading, or items left in pockets. Items left behind may be discarded or donated after 90 days. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave the premises.

If a machine malfunctions, please notify a staff member or contact us at (206) 681-2032. Refunds for machine malfunctions are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Drop-N-Go Wash and Fold

Drop-N-Go laundry is priced by weight at the rate posted in store and on our Website, currently $2.50 per pound. Your laundry is weighed at drop-off, and final pricing is based on that weight.

Before dropping off, please empty all pockets and remove items that should not be machine washed or dried, including dry clean only garments, delicate items not marked for special care, and items with valuables attached. Revolution Laundry is not responsible for items left in pockets, including cash, jewelry, pens, lipstick, electronics, or documents, or for damage those items cause to your laundry or other items.

We wash all laundry according to standard practices and any instructions you provide at drop-off. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, color bleeding or fading, shrinkage, or damage to items that are not suitable for machine washing and drying, or that have weakened fabric, missing or inaccurate care labels, or pre-existing damage.

Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery is available in our service area, which may change at any time. You are responsible for providing accurate addresses, access instructions, and contact information. If you are not home, you authorize us to pick up and leave orders in the location you specify, and Revolution Laundry is not responsible for orders lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery to that location. Missed pickups or deliveries caused by incorrect information or lack of access may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

Dry Cleaning and Rug Cleaning

Dry cleaning services are provided through our affiliate, Corry’s Fine Dry Cleaning, and rug cleaning services are provided through our affiliate, Fuzzy Wuzzy Rug Cleaning Company. By using these services, you also agree to any additional terms, pricing, and policies of those companies. Some stains, damage, or fabric conditions cannot be fully corrected, and results are not guaranteed.

Commercial Laundry Accounts

Commercial customers may be subject to a separate service agreement covering pricing, volume, schedules, turnaround times, after-hours access, and payment terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed commercial service agreement, the commercial service agreement will control. After-hours access to our facility is a privilege that may be suspended or revoked at our discretion.

Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due when Services are provided or when orders are picked up, unless otherwise agreed in writing for commercial accounts. Machine payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and your use of those providers is subject to their terms.

Unclaimed Orders

Orders not picked up within 90 days of completion are considered abandoned. We will attempt to contact you using the information you provided. Abandoned items may be donated, recycled, or disposed of, and Revolution Laundry will have no further liability for them.

Claims and Limitation of Liability

Please inspect your order when you receive it. Any claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 90 days of pickup or delivery, with the item available for inspection. We will review all claims in good faith.

If Revolution Laundry is found responsible for loss or damage to an item, our liability is limited to [CHOOSE ONE: the lesser of the item’s depreciated value or ten (10) times the charge for cleaning that item / a maximum of $[AMOUNT] per item / $[AMOUNT] per order]. Depreciated value may be determined using industry-standard guidelines. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Refunds

Refunds and credits are handled according to our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Promotions

Promotions, including our free first wash offer, are subject to their stated terms, may be limited to one per customer or household, have no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be changed or ended at any time.

Text Messages and Communications

By providing your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you about your orders and Services. If you opt in to marketing messages, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to text messages or clicking unsubscribe in emails. Message and data rates may apply.

Privacy

Your use of the Website and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, logos, images, graphics, and the Revolution Laundry name and branding, is owned by or licensed to Revolution Laundry and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our written permission.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revolution Laundry, its affiliates, owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Website or Services, or items you provide that contain hazardous materials.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Website or Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
